All Base Packages Include:

⊹ Illustrations made using archival black ink and artist and professional grade watercolors on 4” x 6” watercolor paper, completed in loose, illustrative faceless style

⊹ Time after event to complete any unfinished paintings

⊹ Complimentary watercolor painting of the couple (created after the event)

⊹ Custom stamp to use on paintings, which can be kept by the couple

⊹ Travel within 100mi or 2 hours included

⊹ Assistant for service coordination, taking photos, preparing paintings for guest pick-up

⊹ Google photo album of photos of your guests and their paintings

Investment

Pricing starts at $1100.

Couples that book live watercolor guest portraits with me can expect to spend $1100-$2450 on average.

Pricing will vary; for the most accurate custom quote, your wedding location and date are required. All applicable fees (sales tax, travel), adjustments, and add-ons will be included in your final quote.

Some locations may require a package minimum and may have specific start or end-of-service (cut-off) times.

40 guests or ~20 couples, or about 3 hours on-site
Minimum for weddings (local only). Great for smaller, intimate gatherings!
$1450+
54 guests or ~27 couples, or about 4 hours on-site
$1750+
68 guests or ~34 couples, or about 5 hours on-site
$2000+
82 guests or ~41 couples, or about 6 hours on-site
Travel included for venue locations under 2 hours drive or within 100 miles of Artist’s residence.

A flat fee may apply depending on your location:
⊹ 2-3 hours drive or 100-150 miles (one-way): approximately +$200-$400

⊹ 3-4 hours drive or 150+ miles (one-way): approximately +$400-$800
⊹ Over 8 hours drive (one-way), flights (round-trip) required or multi-day travel: approximately +$1500 or more, and will vary based on location
Due to schedule constraints, I may offer a remote live painting service. Although I will not physically be there on-site, you can still enjoy my painting services remotely via live-stream.
