⊹ Wedding painting of the newlyweds/couple using artist and professional grade acrylic paint on gallery-wrapped canvas

⊹ Completion of painting at in-home studio for adjustments, touch-ups, 1-2 revisions (~5-15 hours or more of additional painting)

Pricing starts at $1200.
Couples that book live wedding painting with me can expect to spend $1200-$3600 on average.
Pricing will vary. For the most accurate quote, your wedding location and date are required. Standard packages include travel, however outside travel radius a flat fee may apply. For your convenience, all applicable fees will be included in your custom quote.

HOW IT WORKS:

Composition & Planning:
This all starts with what canvas size you’d like in your live painting package.A few months before the date, I’ll send along a questionnaire to help get ideas flowing.
We’ll discuss what “moment” you’d love captured and in what poses you’d ideally like to be in (for example, facing each other). We’ll also discuss what background scene this takes place in.
Any other add-ons like guests or pets painted in detail will be discussed, if desired. These will need reference photos from you!
Right before the wedding, we’ll touch base on final details, and I’ll get my canvas primed for painting so we are ready to start!

Arrival:
I will arrive at your wedding venue early to set up and begin the sketch and the background which goes down in paint and blocks of color. Getting there about 1.5 hours early is ideal to make sure there are no hiccups or mixups!
Photo-Op:
We’ll need a few minutes together with you as the couple to snap your desired moment to capture on the canvas. I will use this photo to work off so you can continue enjoying your beautiful day.
It’s Paint Time!
As your guests arrive and enjoy the festivities, they get to watch as your beautiful story blooms with each brushstroke. These paintings are completed on a stretched, gallery-wrapped canvas using artist and professional grade paints. -
Studio Touch-Ups:
I’ll take the painting home with me for touch-ups and refinement. While I spend hours completing all the details, the actual process of the finishing the painting can take anywhere 4-8 weeks depending on major revisions if needed.
Getting the Painting back:
I will ship the painting back to you, or we can arrange a local delivery/pick-up (which is the preferred method to ensure safe delivery!)
Wedding or event already happened? No problem! I can create wedding paintings using your photos! (recommended to get permission for use of professional photography as references).
Live painting also available for corporate, charity/non-profit, fundraisers, galas, and other special events; inquire with details.

Planning:
We’ll discuss the logistics of your wedding/event and decide on the right package for you, which may be influenced by the number of guests you’d like painted or how many hours you’d like on-site painting.
We’ll design your custom stamp used to personalize all paintings.
A couple of weeks before, we’ll finalized all details of your wedding in case anything’s changed. -
Arrival:
I will arrive at your wedding venue early to set up, that way no hiccups or mixups occur!
Photo-Ops:
My assistant will coordinate our portrait services to snap your guests’ photos, which I use to create the paintings! No waiting in a long line or missing out on the party.Paint Time!
Paintings take approximately 5-10 minutes depending on the number of guests in the painting, and how detailed (e.g., fabulous!) their outfits are.
Guests are welcome to hang out and watch their mini portraits come to life- it’s more than half the fun!Pick-up:
After drying, my assistant will have their paintings ready for pick-up in a protective plastic sleeve for your guests to take home the same night. -
Unfinished Portraits:
Any portraits I didn’t get to will be finished at home and sent to you in the mail at a later date!If some guests missed out - no problem! We can arrange an additional order of guest paintings created after the wedding. These can also be pre-ordered before the wedding at a discount rate.
Don’t forget - for weddings, the newlywed couple will be receiving their own beautiful watercolor portrait - it’s complimentary!
HOW IT WORKS:
Event come and gone? No problem! Guest portrait illustrations can be ordered after your event. They make great additions for your thank you cards, wedding party gifts, as well as special gifts for the parents of the bride & groom!
